Congratulations to the 2010 San Francisco Giants, World Champions of baseball! It feels so surreal to say that and words cannot express the happiness I feel right now. I've seen the powerful teams that we had back in the day with Bonds and Kent and the amazing rotation we had with Jason Schmidt, Ortiz, Woody, Livan Hernandez, etc. in 2002, and on paper this 2010 team in terms of talent and name do not even come close to the Giant teams of the early 2000s. But that is why I love sports and that is why they play the game. Because in any given October as long as you are in the Playoffs and there is a spark, you have a chance. It doesn't matter if all of ESPN and Joe Buck hated us the entire way. This run to the title was a complete TEAM effort.  And all those nights of torture and "tickle tickle" were worth it. The misfits and nobodies have done it, and in the words of Tim Lincecum, "Fuck Yeah!"
